In the last 3 months working with us and implementing their systems & measures, our kitchen, Purchasing & our Goods Receiving sections are all running very much more efficiently. Furthermore, our kitchen team, through their care, attention & training are showing a renewed motivation. And they have, as promised, reduced our food cost far below our expectations. The whole process has been professional, smooth & with barely an interruption to our day-to-day operations with minimum time input from management here at Old Man’s.
