We’ve been very lucky that we have taken on the services of Peter & his team – I don’t think we would have been able to get as far as we’ve got without them. From helping us with our chefs, teaching the team how to cook the menu, preparing the menu and right down to the costing of the menu – it’s just been amazing and the explanations they have given along the way to show us how we can run our business successfully have been phenomenal.
